This place is amazing. Very down to earth, tell it like it is place to bring a vehicle for repairs. Honest managers, honest technicians, you cant ask for more. And they offer shuttle service/ pick up-drop off vehicle service as well. Jim not only cares about his customers but his employees as well and it shows. Hands down the best stand alone, all in one repair shop in the Quad Cities!

Jim made an appt for me for the next Monday, but... by Thursday afternoon the problem was diagnosed and fixed for a very reasonable price. This is the second time I have taken my BMW there for service. Both experiences were better than I expected. Will keep going back.
